This high level of quality service requires quality individuals, so the Principle Services team is comprised of exemplary employees with decades of experience executing power delivery projects in both owner and service provider roles.
The Principle Services management team has extensive experience directly managing over $25 billion in infrastructure projects for utilities. We intimately understand the prudency, regulatory, public relations, and political pressures that impact our regulated customers in the electric infrastructure industry. This understanding of regulated utilities also enables us to better serve non-regulated electric infrastructure owners and the investment community, by assisting them in navigating the strict standards and interconnection requirements from the utility.
A Leadership Team With Power Delivery Experience
TROY L. VAUGHN
President
Troy Vaughn brings over 19 years of proven management and leadership experience to the Principle Services team. Troy is a United States Military Academy graduate and United States Army Veteran. After his service, Troy obtained an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Operations Management and Energy Finance. His experience in the energy industry includes over 10 years leading construction teams, numerous contractors, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute preliminary design, regulatory, right of way acquisition, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of electric transmission construction projects.
JASON AVENT
Senior Vice President
Jason Avent has over 15 years of experience in project management, construction management, and entrepreneurial efforts. Jason currently leads the Principle Services Operations team. Prior to Principle Services, Jason led cross-functional teams at an electric utility and managed over 15 contracting companies to execute scoping, regulatory, right-of-way acquisition, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of electric transmission construction projects. Jason is a graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration.
